Normanne Bland

Sales Representative

Normanne brings more than 20 years of real estate experience at every stage of the transaction to Royal LePage Frank Real Estate. She first learned the ropes as a receptionist at Darryl Kent Real Estate in the early 1980’s before joining a sales team as one of the first Buyer Agents in Toronto’s Beach area a decade later.  After a break from real estate to pursue a Bachelor of Education degree, Normanne returned to the real estate world where she honed her negotiation and client service skills with one of Toronto’s most prominent and successful real estate partnerships.

During her break from real estate, Normanne spent several years as a secondary school teacher and curriculum leader in Guidance and Special Education. The unique skill from both careers allows Normanne to offer an approach that values the clients’ choice and respects the financial and emotional needs of both buyers and sellers.

Normanne’s love for Peterborough and surrounding area for several years has compelled her not only to become a permanent resident, but to bring her skills, experience and commitment to the community.  These are exciting times for the growth of Peterborough and the Kawarthas. Normanne is the diversified Realtor that will help you (and your family and friends) make the right real estate decision at the right time.
